Today, June 4, 2025, Guiding The Impact, in collaboration with a strong coalition of religious liberty and medical liberty organizations, proudly submitted a comprehensive letter to President Donald J. Trump and the Religious Liberty Commission. This package addresses the urgent need to protect First Amendment rights in New York, California, Connecticut, and Maine, where unconstitutional vaccine mandates deny children of religious families access to education and healthcare.
Our letter details how these states’ policies violate religious freedom, disproportionately harming communities like conservative Jewish and Amish families. Included is a proposed Executive Order for July 4, 2025, to withhold federal funds from schools denying religious exemptions, alongside requests for legal action by AG Pam Bondi and healthcare protections via HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
